National Partnership for Hospice Innovation
Care Dimensions is a member of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation (NPHI), a collaborative of non-profit, community-integrated, hospice and palliative care providers from across the country who play a unique role as a crucial safety net for the sickest, most vulnerable patients in the communities we serve.

NPHI members are committed to improving upon current best practices in hospice delivery and applying hospice principles throughout the care continuum.

Care Dimensions is Accredited by CHAP

Since 2001, Care Dimensions has been accredited by The Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). CHAP provides hospice accreditation to Medicare-certified programs that meet their standards of excellence.

National Alliance for Grieving Children (NAGC)

In 2018, Care Dimensions joined NAGC  - a nationwide network comprised of professionals, institutions and volunteers who promote best practices, educational programming and critical resources to facilitate the mental, emotional and physical health of grieving children and their families.

Level 4 Partner with the We Honor Veterans Program

Care Dimensions was the first non-profit hospice in Massachusetts to reach Level 4 Partnership—the highest designation—in the We Honor Veterans Program. Learn about our Veterans program.

2015 Outstanding Non-Profit Volunteer Program Award

The Massachusetts Service Alliance selected Care Dimensions' Volunteer Program for this annual award in recognition of its innovative programs and training for volunteers.
