Resident to teach yoga for grieving, healing
Marblehead Reporter

Marblehead resident Nancy Sheena Sarles will lead a class series called Yoga for Living with Loss, a practice dedicated to living with losses without getting lost, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in May at the Bertolon Center for Grief & Healing, 78 Liberty St., Danvers.

By incorporating gentle yoga, guided meditation, breathing and discussion, this safe and compassionate 60-minute class will specifically address how to meet grief and how to move forward.

“Yoga is more than postures,” the class’ message says. “Yoga is a foundation to meet our challenges with awareness and resilience in mind, body and spirit.”

Classes are scheduled for 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays (May 9, 16, 23) and 10-11 a.m. Wednesdays (May 10, 17, 24). Each three-week session costs $25.
