Care Dimensions Promotes Keri Precourt, RN, to Clinical Manager in Greater Boston

September 6, 2022

Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, has promoted Keri Precourt, RN, of North Easton as a clinical manager in the nonprofit’s Greater Boston office. In her new role, Precourt leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, and spiritual counselors caring for hospice patients in their homes.

“I’ve worked in hospice for more than 10 years, and I have been able to help hundreds of patients and their families during crucial times,” Precourt said. “We get only one chance to make each person’s end of life a comfortable, peaceful experience. Hospice is still misunderstood. The common thought is that once patients are on hospice, they have only days or weeks to live. However, the earlier patients start with hospice services with Care Dimensions, the more time our team has to enhance their care, improve their quality of life and support them and their families.”

Before starting her career in hospice nursing, Precourt worked in an acute-care hospital. She has an associate degree in Nursing and is working on completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Rhode Island.
