Care Dimensions celebrates Doctors' Day March 30

Care Dimensions, the largest provider of hospice and palliative care services in Massachusetts, celebrates Doctors’ Day on March 30 to recognize and celebrate the service of its team of 14 hospice and palliative care physicians, including Stephanie Patel, MD, FAAHPM, HMDC; Jenna Crowe, OD; Heidi Blake, MD; Emma Jones, MD; Kristen Schaefer, MD, FAAHPM, HMDC; Liesbeth Tryzelaar, MD; Judy Weinstock, MD; Anna Chon, MD, HMDC; Alden Rinaldi, MD, FAAHPM, HMDC; Mark Messenger, MD; Larissa Lucas, MD, FACP, HMDC; Ronald Rosen, MD, CMD; and Talia Lewis, MD.
