Care Dimensions receives $1,750 from Cape Ann Savings Bank

September 17, 2021

Care Dimensions is proud to announce receiving a $1,750 gift from Cape Ann Savings Bank, a long-time supporter of its mission. The bank is observing its 175th anniversary by giving gifts to organizations in the community they serve.

“We started planning last year for Cape Ann Savings Bank’s 175th anniversary for April 15, 2021, but we had to shift gears to observe COVID restrictions and precautions,” says Bank President Marianne Smith. “Typically with anniversaries, we have celebrations involving gatherings, but we realized early on that wasn’t going to be an option so we had to come up with creative ideas. We shifted to gift-giving to worthy organizations like Care Dimensions, an organization that benefits the whole community.”

“We are commemorating our anniversary by honoring the organizations that support the communities we serve, and celebrating with each of them personally,” adds Jennifer Orlando, bank vice president and marketing officer. “Parties last only a few hours; this way we are able to touch so many on a meaningful, personal level.”

“We thank Cape Ann Savings Bank for including us in this special celebration,” says Care Dimensions Vice President of Philanthropy Donna Deveau. “It’s an honor to serve the community and we are humbled by Cape Ann Saving’s expression of confidence in our ability to live up to our mission. Cheers to them for marking this significant milestone by investing in others.”
