Chantal Baudouin, RN, joins Care Dimensions as clinical manager

Waltham, MA – Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, announces Chantal Baudouin has joined its Greater Boston office leading multidisciplinary teams of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, and chaplains caring for hospice patients living in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the community.

Baudouin has 13 years of nursing experience; three years in long-term care and 10 years group homes, most recently as nursing director for 12 group homes. She received her RN degree from Massasoit Community College, her degree in licensed practical nursing from Southeastern Technical Institute in Easton and is completing coursework for her bachelor’s in nursing degree at the University of Massachusetts – Boston.

“I’m excited about joining Care Dimensions and leading this excellent Greater Boston team, to partner with patients, families, and professional caregivers to develop customized plans that manage illness and honor personal needs and goals,” Baudouin said. “Caring for the elderly and providing compassion are so close to my heart. My goal is to make a positive impact on people around me and help them in any way I can.”
