Care Dimensions appoints Gina Serino as a clinical manager

Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, announces Gina Serino, RN, BSN, has joined its North Shore office leading multidisciplinary teams of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, and chaplains caring for hospice patients in their homes in the community.

Serino has more than 21 years of experience as a nurse and clinical team manager in hospice and palliative care, working in a variety of settings including home health, visiting nurse and hospice organizations.

“I look forward to leading and supporting my team as they provide outstanding medical care and support to their patients and families in their homes, which is especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Serino says. “All I have accomplished in my 21 years in nursing has prepared me for this opportunity and I’m excited to join Care Dimensions.”

“Gina brings a vitality to her clinical manager position, which is so important for delivering the best care to our patients,” says Laurie Eliot, clinical director for home care on the North Shore. “Her team approach makes our patients’ experiences easier by surrounding families with medical expertise and support.”

Serino earned her BSN from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah, and her RN from Lawrence Memorial/Regis College in Medford, MA.
