Open positions include:
Staff RN ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)
We have two openings – a full-time second shift position, and a part-time (32 hours) position. Coordinate all aspects of your patients' care and help maximize their comfort. Must be a registered nurse, currently licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing. Also must hold an associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred) and have at least three years’ experience as a professional nurse (prefer at least one of those years to have been in an acute setting).
Hospice Aide (CNA) ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)
We have various full- and part-time shifts available. Responsible for providing and/or assisting the patient with personal care needs, ambulation, supplementary services including meal preparation, and other appropriate tasks. Must have certification of successful completion of a CNA or CNA/ Home Health Aide course approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Certification must be in good standing with the nurse aide registry and not have had a lapse in furnishing services within a 24-month period. (In lieu of an HHA certificate, pass hospice aide written test and skills assessment.) Experience as a home health aide or certified nursing assistant is preferred.
