Tina Waugh, MD

Medical Director Primary Care

Tina Waugh, MD, joined the Care Dimensions HomeMD primary care program in 2023. HomeMD provides care to medically fragile patients in their home in select communities North of Boston. 

Prior to Care Dimensions, Dr. Waugh worked in primary care and family medicine in Massachusetts for 23 years, including 10 years as medical director of Lahey Health’s primary care practice in Beverly. She also serves as the Family Medicine Department Chair at Beverly Hospital. She has worked throughout her career to address the advanced care planning needs of her patients by helping them document their wishes around goals of care as they age. 

Dr. Waugh received her degree from Boston University School of Medicine.
