As Vice President and Chief People Officer, Johanna Lent is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives. That includes working collaboratively across the company to ensure Care Dimensions attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to grow and succeed. She partners with members of the executive team to ensure positive employee experiences that line up with the organization’s values.

Promoted to this role in 2023, Johanna brings over 20 years of human resources experience in the financial and healthcare industries. She first joined Care Dimensions in 2010, leading projects such as the enhancement and redesign of our onboarding process, the development of a company wellness program, and the implementation of numerous employee recognition initiatives. She is a graduate of Boston University School of Business.
