Ashley Mongeon, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with the Care Dimensions HomeMD primary care program. Prior to joining HomeMD, she was an admissions liaison registered nurse with Care Dimensions for one-and-a-half years before becoming a nurse practitioner. Previously, she worked for six years as a staff nurse in a Boston hospital’s complex medical unit. She also served as a public health nurse with the Boston Public Health Commission. She is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Regis College, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Northeastern University, and a bachelor's degree in community health from Worcester State College.
