Care Dimensions' innovative nurse residency program introduces new nursing graduates and experienced nurses to the field of hospice and palliative care. Nurses develop their hospice expertise through a combination of classroom education, field visits and patient care with the mentorship of a preceptor.
The 2022 class is underway and we are actively recruiting for our 2023 class.
