Private suites overlook landscaped gardens and comfortable common areas include a welcoming kitchen, family rooms, children’s play areas, a chapel and library. So Lisa O'Neill's dream could come true, to see her daughter accept her diploma at Saint Anselm College, her family, her Care Dimensions hospice team and college officials collaborated to stage a special event that was livestreamed so she could watch it from her hospital bed at home, with her family and her Care Dimensions hospice team beside her.
Audias Escobar moved from Guatelmala to Boston to pursue his American Dream in 2005. With his health rapidly declining, he wanted to secure a bright future for his daughter. His Care Dimensions hospice team helped him make arrangements for his daughter's continued care and for a final trip home.

Community volunteers Henrietta Goodwin and Marilyn Brauss donate their talents to create prayer squares and quilts that are given to patients at Care Dimensions’ Kaplan Family Hospice House.
Even in the very last, oh-so-painful moments of their son's life, the O'Grady family found comfort and love when Care Dimensions' beloved volunteers brought their dogs to his bedside at the Kaplan Family Hospice House.
