Our New Hire Orientation consists of two parts (general and clinical). All employees are required to attend our general orientation, which typically is conducted over three days. In addition, new clinical staff attend orientation with clinical components that are specific to their roles and are competency based. Our extensive clinical orientation is top-notch and prepares our clinicians for a successful and rewarding career.
