"Timing is Everything" focuses on Child Life and Bereavement Services
May 20, 2016 – Care Dimensions, formerly Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston’s, sixth installment of their cable TV show Timing is Everything will focus on child life services and help for grieving children. Mary Crowe, Education Specialist at Care Dimensions, welcomes Care Dimensions Children's Program Coordinator Kristen Goodhue and Director of Bereavement Services and Program Development Nathaniel Lamkin. The show, which airs on Danvers Cable Access TV (DCAT) and on Channels 99 (Comcast) and 36 (Verizon) will run through the end of the month on Tuesdays at 12noon, Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays at 8pm and Saturdays at 11am. Timing is Everything is a part of Care Dimensions’ community education and outreach program which works to dispel the myths surrounding hospice care and to empower individuals dealing with an advanced illness to access these services sooner so there is more opportunity to improve their quality of life. Care Dimensions Employees Celebrate Circle of Life Award
In celebration of winning the prestigious national 2015 Circle of Life award honoring innovation in hospice and palliative care, the staff of Care Dimensions took to song "performing" (with vocal assistance from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir) the iconic Circle of Life song. Enjoy!
