Care Dimensions Appoints Three New Physicians to Its Clinical Team

Danvers, Mass--Care Dimensions, the largest provider of hospice and palliative care services in Massachusetts, has appointed three new physicians to its clinical team.

Dr. Jenna Crowe provides hospice care to patients in the community, as well as hospice care to patients admitted to the Care Dimensions Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.  Since 2016, Crowe has served as a per-diem physician at Care Dimensions, while also on staff as a hospitalist at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Beverly.

Dr. Crowe graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She is board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Judy Korik Weinstock provides palliative care consultations at Emerson Hospital in Concord, as well as hospice care to patients admitted to the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. Previously, Dr. Korik Weinstock worked as a hospitalist and primary care physician in New York and in the Greater Boston area. Also, she has served on several advisory boards and workgroups focused on hospice and palliative care and chronic-pain management.

Dr. Korik Weinstock is a graduate of The Renaissance School of Medicine at Stonybrook University in New York and is board certified in family medicine.   

Dr. James Peterson provides palliative care consultations to patients in the Greater Boston communities and provides hospice care to those admitted to the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. Prior to joining Care Dimensions, he worked as a palliative care physician in a medical home setting, a hospice medical director, and a nursing home and primary care family physician in medical practices in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Dr. Peterson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, Mass. He is board certified in family medicine and as a hospice medical director.
