Danvers, MA — Nursing graduates and experienced nurses interested in hospice and palliative care are invited to apply for the Care Dimensions 2022 Hospice Nurse Residency Program, which provides education and hands-on training for nurses in hospice and palliative care. Nurses accepted to the program will develop their hospice expertise through a combination of classroom education based out of our Danvers and Waltham offices, field visits and patient care with the guided mentorship of a preceptor.
Applications are being accepted through May 16, 2022. The residency program begins in September.
Nurses will be employed at Care Dimensions during the residency and, with successful completion of the residency, offered a full-time position in case management. Following the residency, a commitment to work full time for two years is expected. New graduates must have their MA nurse license by August 31, 2022. An associate degree in nursing required, a bachelor's degree in nursing, or equivalent preferred.
