Registration Now Open for 38th Annual Walk for Hospice

Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care provider in Massachusetts, is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 38th Annual Walk for Hospice, taking place at 9:00 AM on Sunday, September 28, 2025, on the campus of St. John's Prep in Danvers. Walkers can sign up at CareDimensions.org/Walk.

For nearly four decades, the Walk for Hospice has brought together hundreds of participants each year to remember loved ones, celebrate special caregivers, and inspire support of compassionate hospice care.

"Through the years, this walk has been so much more than a fundraiser. It’s a way to honor those we've lost while supporting families facing life's most challenging moments," said Heather Johnston, Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Care Dimensions. "The overwhelming support we see year after year shows just how profound an impact hospice has on our community, and the generosity of our supporters who want to help others on their hospice journeys.”

Walkers are encouraged to form teams, join existing ones, or attend solo. No matter who you are there with, you’ll be among a larger community of caring, compassionate individuals.

Funds from the Walk support programs like grief support, music therapy, and other services that benefit hospice patients and their families. Your participation honors loved ones and directly supports Care Dimensions' mission to provide expert and compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families.

This is a family-friendly and dog-friendly event. Before walkers step off, there will be activities and refreshments, as well as music and brief remarks.

Care Dimensions is a non-profit organization founded in 1978. It provides hospice, palliative care, and in-home primary care to over 1,500 patients every day across more than 100 communities in Eastern Massachusetts.
