Help Care Dimensions ease life’s difficult final journey for our patients, caregivers and staff who’ve embarked on the experience together.
Because of the generosity of our countless supporters — donors, event participants, volunteers, community organizations, corporate sponsors — Care Dimensions is able to subsidize the many underfunded aspects of our comprehensive care, such as our specialized clinical care, palliative care, complementary therapies, volunteer services, staff and community education, grief support services and uncompensated care for patients unable to pay.
Giving back to the community is vital to our mission.Read Now
