Care Dimensions Hospice Team Helps Rockport Man and His Husband Care for Beloved Mother

After John's mother, Anna, showed increasing signs of dementia, he moved her into the Rockport home he shared with his husband Mark so they could care for her better. When her health worsened they knew they needed more help and called Care Dimensions. The hospice team provided a full spectrum of care for Anna, but also John and Mark.
